Sales & Customer Service Courses

Excellent Customer Service

Every business, large or small, retail, trade or service industry, depends on customers for its survival and, if you believe in the 80/20 rule—that 80% of your business comes from 20% of your customers—making sure you treat them in a way that keeps them coming back to you, instead of seeking out your competition, is the single most important element in determining your company’s success or failure.

Learn how to make customer service and the way in which you treat your clients one of your key differentiators in today’s increasingly competitive market.

Understand how to establish continuous service improvement and continuously and creatively exceed customers expectations.

Telephone Sales Skills

This workshop is designed to benefit any organisation which has to make out-going sales and customer service calls—get through more often, get their attention and close more sales.

By adopting a professional and confident telephone manner, companies can improve the customers perception of them and increase business over the telephone to both new and existing customers.

This workshop will help delegates to create a professional telephone image and seek out relevant information.

Delegates will learn how to handle objections and lead the conversation, understand how to develop effective questioning and listening skills and practical closing techniques.

Essential Sales Skills

Many people, whether new to, or currently involved in, sales, receive little or no formal sales training and nearly 60% of companies have no formal selling methodologies. In today’s competitive environment, this can be enormously detrimental to the future of your business.

This workshop will present a structured approach to sales, delivering the essential skills, techniques and qualities required to develop a consistently professional sales approach to both existing and potential clients.

Advanced Sales and Negotiation Skills

Negotiating skills are vital in any organisation to increase profitable sales and achieve a win-win solution for both your organisation and your client.

This workshop is designed for delegates with previous sales experience. It will deliver the key techniques and strategies required for effective and structured negotiations.

Understand the negotiation process, the importance of preparation, how to develop a strategy, avoid common mistakes and conclude your negotiation. Return to top
